    • My daughter has been attending French online classes for a while now and we're satisfied with the teacher and the school. The contact with the school is regular and response time very short. I like the flexible booking/payment options. The teacher tries his best to fulfill our needs and adjusts the class to my daughter's level and character. My little girl enjoys the classes even though French is a challenge for her. We really appreciate that the class time is adjusted to students' level: a 30-minute class is just perfect for my little daughter. The class is full of fun and conducted in a friendly atmosphere. We like the online format of the class as our daughter has a pretty intense timetable.     • My son has started Spanish online course by Sunny Academy just 2 months ago as a complete beginner and already now we see big progress and improvement. His tutor Jenny is preparing every lesson according my son’s needs and progress he made. She is taking enough time to explain grammar and prepare home workes for every next lesson. Communication with Sunny Academy and Tutor Jenny is very fast and easy made through whatsapp (24/7).     • Honestly when I came across this whole online Spanish thing I thought it was another scam. Then we met Jenny!!! Sunny Academy and Jenny have just changed the game for online learner. Professional in whatever situation. She takes her time and how she is patient to teach these toddlers is beyond me. My son can put words together in Spanish and getting there on our journey to being disciplined.

    • Jane has only take a few classes but enjoys meeting up with her teacher Jenny. She is motivated to practice and enjoys her classes because Jenny is has a great energy. The classes are interactive and varied. As a parent, I appreciate the homework for us to be able to practice what is worked on in sessions.       Lesson Payment

      • How to pay for Lessons?
        You can make the payment from your personal account using a bank card on the website under the Payment section. The minimum package is 4 lessons. Lessons can be either 25 or 50 minutes long. By the way, you can change the duration of the lesson at any time.
      • Do you offer any discounts?
        At Sunny Academy, we have a discount system for both new and returning students, and we also regularly hold promotions, which you can keep track of on our Instagram @sunny.academy.inc.

        - In particular, the discount amount depends on the number of lessons in the package and their duration.
        - We offer discounts starting from 7% for returning students.
        - You can study together with your friends/relatives in pairs or groups of three with one teacher. In this case, each student will receive a 30% discount off the prices listed in the table.
        - Within 24 hours after the trial lesson, you are eligible for a 10% discount on any lesson package.

      • In which currency can I pay?
        You can pay for lessons in euros or dollars without any commission.

      The learning process

      • Is online learning effective?
        Online lessons are not inferior to in-person tutoring; in fact, they excel in some aspects. For instance, the teacher can utilize interactivity, which is both interesting and beneficial for children! Additionally, you can record the lesson, allowing you to review and analyze your mistakes later on.
      • Will I receive homework assignments?
        Homework is not mandatory. However, to ensure noticeable progress, we recommend independent work, which may include: memorizing new words learned during the lesson, watching audio and video materials with subtitles, reading in a foreign language, etc. Forget about boring school assignments - in the modern world, educators ensure that such tasks are engaging and not tiresome!
      • At what age can one start online classes?
        In our school, children as young as 5 years old attend classes. Of course, every child is unique: some may have lessons for 50 minutes, while if a child is very active, they may have lessons for 25 minutes! Children enjoy online lessons because they have been familiar with electronic devices almost from birth!
      • How many sessions do I need?
        It all depends on your current level and goals. On average, it takes about 90 hours of lessons to transition from one level to another. However, much depends on your individual abilities, as well as your ability to complete homework assignments - progress is faster with them. The duration of the course can be more accurately determined by the teacher after the introductory lesson. The educator will ensure that the learning time flies by quickly and seamlessly, while maintaining a high level of effectiveness!
      • Do you have a learning platform?
        We have a platform for homework assignments, for example, with flashcards for memorizing words. Teachers conduct lessons on the Zoom platform, which is simple, familiar, and easy to use. Therefore, you can expect a flexible approach rather than a standardized course.

      Organizational Questions

      • Can I attend sessions using my phone?
        Teachers utilize various tools to make the lessons as useful and engaging as possible, such as colorful presentations, videos, and more. Engaging in such activities from a phone would be less effective and inconvenient. We recommend using a tablet, laptop, or computer instead.
      • Can I cancel or reschedule lessons?
        Yes, of course, we are all human, and sometimes we need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Please inform your teacher or manager about any changes in plans no later than 8 hours before the start of the lesson.
      • Is it necessary for a parent to be present during the sessions?
        We highly recommend attending the introductory lesson to meet the teacher. Afterwards, your presence is not required if your child is 7 years old or older. If your child is preschool age, it's better for you to be nearby.
      • Can I change my teacher?
        Of course, yes. At any time, if you suddenly realize that you want a new experience or want to diversify your practice.
      • Is it possible to take a break from learning?
        Yes, if we're talking about individual lessons. You can "freeze" your sessions for any period; they won't disappear from your account.
